WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN CANADA?                            09/10/2006

A very disturbing report was handed to me this fall. It is not the report per say, but what the report represents that’s disturbing; racial discrimination against those people who wish to be called Canadians is rampart.

WILLIAMS LAKE;

   Heidi G. from British Columbia had just bought herself a brand new $11000.00 ATV. The unit, uninsured as yet, was parked on her property, behind her house. In the early morning hours, Indians from a nearby reservation snuck onto her property and stole her new ATV.

She reported the crime to the RCMP and then went hunting for the unit herself. The unit was located on the Indians reserve. The RCMP was phoned. When later asked about the unit they replied that they had seen it being driven around the reservation. When asked why they did not go after it the RCMP relied that, “They [the Indians] only want them {the RCMP} to chase them”. Nothing was done by the RCMP – even after they had seen the stolen unit and identified the driver.

Roy, Heidi’s’ boy friend, knew that the only way they would recover the unit was for him to go after it himself, so he drove through the reservation in his pickup truck searching. Roy knew who he was looking for and knew that that particular man went armed so he [Roy] had a gun [registered] in his truck.

The Indians called the RCMP and pointed a finger at Roy stating that he had a gun with him; Roy, in response pointed out to the RCMP, that the thief was packing a gun. The RCMP stated that they could not prove that the thief was carrying a gun and arrested Roy.

The brand new ATV was never seen again!

What happened here?

Was it that the RCMP could not go on the reservation without the Chief’s permission? Really ! Are Indians above Canadian Laws ?

Was it that the RCMP were just flat cowards and were afraid to take on a thief with a gun? They could have called in a SWAT team!

Was it that the RCMP were ‘on the take’ from the drug lords of Williams Lake [who put in the order for new ATV’s] This is very possible and should be looked into.

Whatever the case, three things are clear;

             The RCMP were negligent in their duty.

             The RCMP were derelict of duty

             The RCMP exercised racial discrimination against the white populous.

What is more apropos;

             Canadians ‘hire’ the police forces to protect them from crime but now it appears that enough laws have been passed against the white Canadian people that the Indians can now commit crimes against humanity and run to safe haven on the reservations

             ************************************************************************

           Is this all there is to this scenario? No! The whole picture is much larger. Let’s look at what’s happening at Galore Creek Mine in northern B.C.; here the Tahltans have negotiated a deal with the mining company such that they have priority treatment over all others. Their claim is that they are “protectors of the land” and they, by their ancient Rights should receive all benefits from the mine over all others… This is just a continuation of their [the Indians] attitude that they own all the lands in Canada and everyone else should be their economic slave. It should be pointed out here that the ‘Indians’ live in a High Tech society and utilize that High Tech; therefore they MUST abide by the rules of that High Tech; all of which were produced by the ‘whites’ that they so deplore]

     In the Tehltan agreement with Nova Gold Galore Creek they demanded, and got, time off from work to do subsistence hunting; claiming that it was part of their Heritage. Please explain why someone earning $70-$100,000.00 a year in a mine must do sustenance hunting to live; this is typical Indian thinking, “we want our entire share and all or your share; but you still must pay your taxes and support us”.

This attitude is dangerous. Animosities are running VERY HIGH. Canadians are aware that they pay the taxes;  their tax dollars are being ripped off and that they are being exempted from the top jobs.

 Canadians are aware that they are paying BILLIONS of dollars each year to the Indians through tax money; money meant for infrastructure, and that the Indians pay no taxes.

Canadians are also aware that very little – if anything- can be done in Canada’s north without permission from the Indians…Funny! I don’t remember electing them to our parliament?

             The above was bad enough, but now Canadians are seeing that they have no protection by the Law from the Indians’ historical proclivities. The [French] government of Canada continues to pass Laws that isolate the Canadian people from their own country. [It is interesting to note that when a Canadian applies for a birth certificate it is returned," issued in Canada’; nowhere on that certificate of birth does it say that the person is a Canadian. I wonder what a French person or Indian person’s ID card says ? [Violation of the 1947 Nationalization Laws] Canadians are listed as ‘OTHERS” in their own country by the {French} government…..But the Indians are listed; so are the French; and the Laws they pass are for themselves – not for Canadians.

What does all this mean? It means that [very] soon Canadians will have to ‘fire’ those whom they hired to serve and protect them [from Indian/French proclivities] and solve their problems themselves – in the appropriate manner.

                      ………….AND SO THE INJUSTICE CONTINUES IN CANADA……...

TAGISH, YUKON TERRITORY

                          GOVERNMENT INTRUDERS RELEASED

             The owner caught the intruders inside his house and called the police; the police came and caught the men red handed; the owner and the police took pictures; the intruders pleaded not guilty and trial date was set for 20 days later; the arresting policeman had to go to Alberta [??] to testify in another case on the same day as the trial. He was informed that the trial would be postponed until his return;; it was not; because the police officer was not there the day of the trial the judge dismissed the case; EVEN THOUGH THE CASE WAS OPEN AND SHUT! ; it turns out that the two intruders were government workers; one of which worked in the legal department with the prosecution??

   The complainant talking with the prosecution attorney was informed by the attorney that He—the attorney—could see nothing wrong with people walking into other people’s cabins and using them for their own purposes—without consent of the owner of the cabin. I wonder if that attorney ever heard of trespassing??

[This scenario implies that we Canadians have no protection from our government; when the government wishes it will trash our homes at will for evidence[ or loot].]

             It’s hard to tell what really went on here; is this a police investigation [police searches often trash peoples houses], a badge bandit thievery [cops hiding behind their badges to rob the public]; legal negligence, related to Item #33 of the Charter of Rights; [which takes away the Rights of all those who wish to be called Canadians]; or more likely the case, people being indifferent to ownership of other’s property. Whatever be the case, the bottom line is that a man’s cabin was violated and the Law did nothing and set the intruders free. Where does this leave the average man in respect to his home’s security? It tells men that they do not have security within the Law and that if they want justice they must pack a gun. [ Is this the essence of all those gun laws—disarm the people so the government can trash their homes without fear of reprisal?]

             With corruption within the Law more and more prevalent and more and more obvious the trend to plebeian justice will be more and more necessary. Men, of necessity, will stop depending on the Law for protection and will take the Law into their own hands. This is not the fault of the people; it is the fault of the Law. When men can no longer find security within the systems parameters then Justice must reside within their own capabilities. This is not in defiance of Law; it is in failure of the Law. Most people wish to conform to the legalities of their country, but when vested interests corrupt the Law then the Law no longer represents Justice[ in fact the police become an immanent threat to the well being of society]; then Justice must reside in the right hand of the man involved.

              I firmly believe in first person Justice when the system’s Justice falls short of the definition of Justice -  “What is Right and what is Fair.”- A man has the Right to defend what is his. This is a First Right. If the Justice department wishes to stop such action they must stop industrializing the legal department and concentrate on Justice as it was meant to be.

                                     ……………………………………………………………...

  Trappers cabins are not much to look at but in the winter time when the trapper comes in at night wet ,cold and tired with the temperature hovering at –30C he needs to have all the setups he installed during the summer in place. If someone breaks into the locked cabin steals the food; burns the wood and fire starter and leaves the cabin open to the animals—THE TRAPPER IS DEAD!-  He has no time, soaked with sweat, to hunt for fire starter let alone wood and if animals have trashed his stove then he has no chance at all of living.

  People in towns value their houses by there fancy looks; trappers value their cabins for there safe haven value!

    Apparently the Law found the violation of the above cabin a minor incident—not worth the bother— The Law failed to consider the trappers perspective; it follows, when a trapper catches someone in their cabins it is of absolutely no use to call the Law; just take the violator twenty miles back in the bush; give him [them] a good  whack on each knee with a big stick and drive away; they will never do it again to you  - or to your neighbour!

                 The sad part to all this is, if the two men had asked permission to use the cabin before hand, most likely it would have been granted. Bush people are usually congenial people and if they feel they can trust the person asking permissions they usually grant it; perhaps those two didn’t feel that they would be trusted - after all- they worked for the government
